This article contains information about how to create an SPF record.

To create an SPF record at your domain registrar please use the following format:

v=spf1 ip4:[ip] -all
Where [ip] is the ip address of your mailserver

cPanel:
You can create a SPF record for your domains under the email authentication section in cPanel. Just enable SPF and wait 30 minutes for the warning to go away. Our tech support department can also setup a SPF record for your domain, just email Contact Support and ask them to "please setup a SPF record for my domain." They will let you know when this is done.
