Q - CHI isn't allowing me to sign into cPanel. The page never loads. How do I access it?

A – Technical Support can resolve this for you, however, if you would like to access it directly you can. Use the following example to substitute your domain name:

URL: domain.com/cpanel

Your Username and Password are found in CHI and are the same as your FTP / SSH credentials.

Q - I signed up for two services separately, and cannot find my second account. How do I access it?

A – If you signed up with the same email address it would have been flagged as a duplicate and a /1 would have been appended to your username. For example, your two account's usernames would be:

1) example@domain.com

2) example@domain.com/1

This will not affect your email communications, just your username (which can be changed upon request).

Q - Why can't I log in at http://www.midphase.com/login.php?

A –This page is reserved for Midphase legacy customers. Your new log-in page will be: CHI.midphase.com
