If you did not receive an email or notice from us, and you are not sure why your account is suspended, please Contact Support at https://www.midphase.com/contact.php and choose ‘Shared Hosting’ from the drop-down to submit a ticket to Technical Support and they will be happy to investigate the issue. There are a couple reasons why your Midphase account could be suspended. Please be aware that we only suspend an account as an absolute last resort.
If your hosting account is allowed to expire and we do not receive a payment within 10 days of the due date, your hosting account is at risk for suspension. If you believe this is the case, Contact Support at https://www.midphase.com/contact.php and choose ‘Billing’ from the drop-down to submit a ticket to our Billing Department. Be sure to include your Primary Domain Name, and your Client ID Number.
NOTE: Billing is open between 9am and 5pm Central Time (GMT - 0600), Monday through Friday. Tickets submitted at night or on the weekend will be replied to during the next business day.
If your hosting account is found to be in violation of our terms of service, depending on the severity of the issue, your account may be suspended. Possible violations include Exceeding Resource Limits, Hosting Backups or Personal Files, Hosting Files that Violate U.S. Copyright Law, Hosting or Linking to Adult Content, Hosting or Linking to Material that is Illegal in the U.S., and Hosting Phishing Sites or Virus Files (or any content aimed to steal information, or harm a visitor to your site.)
You can review our full Terms of Service at https://www.midphase.com/terms/.
If your hosting account is found to be sending large amounts of unsolicited email or is found to have been hacked or compromised, we may suspend your account in order to stop further damage and illicit use of your account.
If you believe your account has been hacked, you can read more about Hacked Accounts by Clicking Here.
