Step 1: Navigate To Your Shared Hosting Package

1. Log into chi.midphase.com.
2. Click “Shared Hosting” from the left menu bar.
3. Click Manage next to the domain name of the Shared Hosting package you wish to upgrade.
   
        

Step 2: Follow The Change Plan Directions

1. Click the Change Plan button from the right side of the page.
2. Choose to regrade your package today or when it renews.
   
   
   

Step 3: Choose Your New Hosting Package

1. Select the service package that you desire from the drop down menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Proceed through checkout, selecting payment information and clicking “Checkout”. Your changes will then be processed
