This article contains information about how to update your credit card.

To update the credit card on file, please log into https://chi.midphase.com.

1. Enter your username and password.
2. Scroll down on the left-hand side of the page to "ACCOUNT".
3. Then select the "PAYMENTS & BILLING" Option.
4. Navigate to the "PAYMENT METHODS" and select "ADD CREDIT CARD".
5. Enter your new credit card details, expiration date, and security code and "SAVE".

To renew the service:

1. Navigate to the "ACCOUNT SERVICES" tab at the top of the screen.
2. Select the service you intend to renew.
3. Navigate to the "RENEWAL" section and select "RENEW NOW" from the drop-down menu.
4. Proceed through the checkout to renew the service.
