How To Change Renewal Settings

This page will explain the Renewal Settings under the Account section of your CHI.

To access your Renewal Settings follow the instructions below:

1.    Log in to your CHI account at 
2.    Click on the Account button on the bar on the left side of the page.
3.    Click the Renewal Settings tab at the top of the page.
4.    Here you can view and edit the renewal settings for your services. All of your services will be listed here and you can sort and change renewal options here.
5.    By default all of your services will auto-renew when they run out. If you want to turn off that auto-renew option you just have to select to let the service expire and then click the Process # selected button.
