This article contains information on how to log into the Midhpase billing and support manager.

Follow these steps to log into the billing and support manager:

1. Log into https://chi.midphase.com and enter your username (usually the email address on file) and password.  You can use the 'forgot password' option if you have forgotten your password.
2. Navigate to the "ACCOUNT" icon on the left side of the screen.
3. In this section you can manage your Account Services, Payments & Billing, Personal Details, and Transfers. 
4. Navigate to the "SUPPORT" icon on the left side of the screen.
5. In this section you can manage your support requests.
