This article will show you how to renew a service on your CHI account.

1. Log in to your CHI account at https://chi.midphase.com/   

2. Click the Account tab.

   

3. Make sure you are on the Your Products tab in the Account Page.

   

4. Find the account you would like to renew and click the dropdown button in the renewal section.

   

5. Click the Renew Now link and follow the instructions on the payment pop-up to make your payment and renew your service.
