How To Manage Packages & Renewals


You can manage your current Shared Hosting package within your CHI account, as well as your renewals. Once you have logged into CHI with your username and password, click on “Shared Hosting” on the left-hand side of your screen.

From the Shared Hosting page, click on the domain you wish to view the package for. You will be automatically taken to a page where you can see all of your package details.

The image above shows what the page will look like when you access your package details. To the right, you will see more details regarding your package and can make changes to your package if necessary.

Use the dropdown arrows to make adjustments to your package when needed. In the image above you can see that you can change how you pay for the package. The options are as follows: Auto Renew will make automatic payments with your payment information, Expire will let the service expire with no payment being made and will later be deleted, Manual will let you make payments when you choose to do so, and Renew Now will let you make a payment now.


The next section lets you pick your package from the three shared hosting packages offered by Midphase: Personal, Professional, and Business.


Last is your Renewal Length. You can pay for months or years in advance and set it to only charge you yearly, monthly, bi-yearly, etc depending on your wishes. Notice that the longer you set your renewal length the less you pay for your package.
