How to Change / Reset Your CHI Account Password

This article will detail the methods available to reset/change your CHI account password.

Change the Password via CHI

1. Login to CHI here - https://chi.midphase.com 
   
2. Once inside of your account, you can click on the head and shoulders icon at the top right
   
   
   
   
3. Click this icon and then select My Account from the drop down menu
   
4. Select Personal Details on the next page
   
   
   
   
5. Enter your current password and the new password that you would like to use into the appropriate fields in the form provided on the right hand side of the page.
   
6. Click the Update Password button once you have entered all the necessary information.
   
   

Change Password outside of CHI

1. If you do not have access to CHI you can make use of our Reset Password function
   
2. Navigate here first - https://chi.midphase.com/remind_username and enter your email address to et sent a username reminder
   
3. Next visit here - https://chi.midphase.com/password_reset and enter your username.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Send Email and this will send you a password reset link, to both your Primary email address and Recovery email address that are set in CHI
   
5. The link, when clicked, will allow you to enter a new password to login to CHI.
