My Account Renewed But I Want To Cancel And Get A Refund

Please see our Terms of Services in regards to our Automatic Renewal Policy. All accounts are set up to automatically renew at the end of a billing period. You must have canceled fourteen days before your renewal date by submitting your request through our cancellation website at http://cancel.midphase.com. Because you did not cancel, your account was renewed for a new term. The renewal fee is nonrefundable as soon as it is charged.
