This article will guide you through using the Midphase open ticket section and show you how to view all your open support tickets.

Tickets are an easy way to contact our technical support team. You can view all your open tickets from the support section inside of CHI, at

Once you have logged into CHI, click on the ‘Support’ icon from the left hand menu.

This will open a page that lists all of your open tickets.

On this page you can see what tickets you have that are still open, as well as view when the last message was sent for that ticket.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Midphase support through chat or by submitting a ticket within your CHI dashboard.
