This article contains information on how to update your contact information.


For Shared Web Hosting clients:

To update your contact information please log into your billing and support manager by going to:

https://chi.midphase.com

Click the 'Account' flyout menu on the lower left side of the page
Click the 'Personal Details' tab on the top of the page
Make any necessary changes to your Contact Details
Click 'Update' at the bottom left side of the page


For Resellers / Midphase Cloud and Dedicated Server clients:

To update your contact information please log into your billing and support manager by going to:

https://secure.mpcustomer.com

using your billing user name and password.

Click 'Client Profile'
Click 'Edit' in the Address & Contact Information section.

This will allow you to update the contact information for your account.

 

We also highly recommend you use a contact email not tied to your account. If there are any problems with your account or domain, it can be very difficult for us to contact you if we don't have a working email address on file.
