How To Tell If There Is A Problem With The Server

Oh no! Your website is down! This article will show you how to check if your problem is related to a server issue.

Step 1: Refresh The Page

Refresh the page by clicking the refresh button next to the URL bar.

Tip: Sometimes a webpage is down only temporarily and refreshing the page can solve the issue.

Step 2: Check The Server Status at Midphase.com

Servers can “go down” for a variety of reasons. They may have issues connecting to the internet, be configured incorrectly or have a component out. Servers are also taken down temporarily to perform maintenance.

Midphase publishes up-to-date status information regarding server outages. This information can be found at Status.Midphase.com.

If your site remains down and the status page displays that all services are working properly, please visit the “Site Down” section of our Knowledgebase or contact Midphase Support.
