Yes, we do support ASP and Ajax only on our Windows hosting plans. Normal Windows shared hosting supports .NET 3.5 SP1. Upon request by emailing windows@midphase.com your account or domain can be placed to support .NET 4.0, but this will terminate your ability to manage the .NET settings through Plesk.
