I do not know how to insert a picture or a clickable URL into my outgoing emails when I use Squirrel Mail.

If you're using Horde, it has a built-in HTML editor.

Compose a message, and right above the body of the email, click "Switch to HTML composition." Then you can edit the fonts, colors, insert links, images, etc., and Horde does all the HTML coding for you.

SquirrelMail is a plain text program, so you would have to learn HTML and code it yourself.
