To find your the expiry date of your services please follow these steps: 

1. Log into your CHI account at https://chi.midphase.com/ 
2. Once inside of your account, you can click on the head and shoulders icon at the top right
   
   
   
   
3. Click this icon and then select My Account from the drop down menu
   
4. The page will on on My Services and this will show a list of your active services, along with the time until they expire
   
5. You can also Renew Now or Cancel services from here
   
   
   
   
6. If you wish to see a specific date that the service expires, you can hover your mouse cursor over the section that shows something such as in 29 Days and this will change to the specific expiry date
