To find your Customer ID follow these steps: 

1. Log into your CHI account at https://chi.midphase.com/ 
2. Once inside of your account, you can click on the head and shoulders icon at the top right
   
   
   
   
3. Click this icon and then select My Account from the drop down menu
   
4. Select Personal Details on the next page
   
   
   
   
5. The six-digit number found at the top of the Your Contact Details is your Customer ID. You will need to provide this number along with the Support PIN when contacting us for help.
