To create and manage your cPanel Packages this is also can be done quickly and easily from your Reseller WHM account. Please log in to WHM and select Package:

As you can see you can create edit and delete packages you have created right from this panel:

To create a cPanel package simply select "Add a Package" then fill out the form and submit.

Once you are done with that you will be able to see your new package in the drop-down menu when selecting a package or a new cPanel account. If you have further questions please let us know, support@midphase.com.
