Once inside of your account, you can click on the head and shoulders icon at the top right
Click this icon and then select Support from the drop down menu
Click Open New Ticket from the widget on the right hand side
This will open a page where you can create the ticket. Here you can select the Area for your ticket, the specific Topic, the Priority, the specific Service/Domain affected
The Subject and Your Message fields will comprise the main content of your ticket to us, similar to sending an email. You can also attach files, up to 8MB and only these file types - .txt, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif and .png
When the ticket is raised it will show in your list of tickets
If you click View Ticket you can check any replies from our teams and also add further updates to your ticket
