Yes. SFTP is activated if you have SSH access. The port to access SFTP on our shared servers is 2233.
If not, you need SSH access enabled in order to use SFTP. If your account includes SSH access, you need SSH access activated on your account. To do so, please contact our Technical Support department for assistance.
