To have a private nameserver, you first need to have two static IPs on your Account.  Then you create a dns entry for and; once you have done that, you must register the name servers with the registrar. After your private name servers are registered with the registrar, you can start to use them.

All Midphase Reseller accounts are eligible for Private nameservers.
