This article contains information about what happens if you do not pay your bill for your dedicated server.

An e-mail will be sent letting you know that if you do not pay your outstanding invoice(s), your server will be suspended in the next business day. Your server will then be suspended (network port turned off) if there is no response to that e-mail or if payment has not been made. At the time of your server being suspended, you will also receive another e-mail stating the server has been disabled. If we do not receive a response or payment within 4 days, your server will be deleted. This means all your information will be cleaned off the server.

Typically accounts are suspended 3 days after the due date of the invoice.
