This article contains information on the Terms of Service about the refund policy after a renewal.


Please see our Terms of Services in regards to our Automatic Renewal Policy.  All accounts are set up to automatically renew at the end of a billing period.  You must have canceled fourteen days prior to your renewal date by submitting your request through our cancellation website at http://cancel.midphase.com.  Because you did not cancel, your account renewed for a new term.  The renewal fee is nonrefundable as soon as it is charged.
