This article contains information about Full ENOM access for your domain.
Full ENOM access Full enom access should be approved by someone from billing department if account is active. If account is cancelled, our billing department will assist you with your account. This type of access gives customers the ability to manage their domain, update email address, update DNS server settings, and update WHOIS information. Also full enom access includes domain authorization key, this will allow customers to transfer their domain to another registrar before it renews next year. If this domain is less than 60 days old customer will have to email billing@midphase.com after 60 days to get this information again, as we cannot unlock a domain in the first 60 days. Per ICANN rules you cannot transfer a domain to another registrar for the first 60 days. Giving this type of access means, we will not renew the domain for customer. Customer must transfer it to your own registrar before it's renew date. Also, we have to unlock this domain for transfers. Please note: the domain should be set to "OFF" auto renew. To provide full enom access to customer, please login to our Enom account at http://enom.com/ (check with your manager the login information). Once you're logged in, go to Domains --> My Domains Then please go to Quick Search --> starting with --> registered and enter your domain name in question Once domain name is found, please make sure the domain name is still active, customer will not be able to transfer his domain name to another registrar if domain is expired. After that, please go to "General Settings" section for the domain name, set Registrar-Lock to "Disable" and Auto Renew to "Enable", set Password and click to "Save", also please click on the "Email Auth Code to Registrant" WARNING! Authorization Info / EPP Key will be sent to Registrant Contact Email Address for this domain name. The Registrant Contact Email Address is support@midphase.com by default, you should have access to it to receive this email and provide customer with the EPP Key. Also, you can change the Registrant Contact Email Address for this domain to another one, customer has access to (for example their billing email address). You can do it via "Contact Information" section --> Registrant Contact --> Email Address So, you need to provide enom login details to customer (please note, you may give all this info to authorized clients only), their Authorization Info / EPP Key and notify them, that their domain is unlocked: http://access.enom.com Domain: The_Domain_Name_in_question Password: password you set for him0 Basic ENOM access includes access to control panel at Enom only (domain name still locked, Auto renew is set to "ON", Authorization Info / EPP Key do NOT need to be emailed).
