To setup Mail Client on a Mac
Click The mail icon from the toolbar In the Account Information tab select IMAP unless you are on a windows server, then select POP3 and enter the following information: Account Information
Leave the defaults for Incoming mail security. It should be password authentication and SSL disabled or not checked.
Click Use Authentification
Click Create to save the new account settings *The User Name and Password above is what you created within cPanel on the "Email Accounts" page. The general email settings that should be used are below.
