How do I submit a new support ticket?

This article contains information about how to submit a new support ticket.

To submit a new ticket you can email support@midphase.com from your email address on your hosting account.

Or you can log into https://secure.mpcustomer.com with your billing username(client ID) and password. 
Click 'Support' -> 'Submit New Ticket'

When you are done submitting the ticket you will receive an email within a few minutes with your ticket number.
You will receive an email with a response from the appropriate department. Our support department will usually respond within 4 hours.
