To view your billing invoices for your account log into:

https://secure.mpcustomer.com

with your billing username(client ID) and password.

Click 'View Invoices - Billing and services' -> 'View Invoices' -> select 'View All Invoices' from the dropdown menu on the right hand side. This will show all of your invoices.
