All Midphase dedicated server hosting is covered by a comprehensive service level agreement (SLA) setting out what levels of service you can expect from us.
Should your server stop responding you can instantly reboot it remotely via your control panel (selected plans), or failing that, our engineers guarantee to reboot your server within 30 minutes of receiving your request.
Should network downtime occur we will credit you the value of one day of service for every hour that your server is without connectivity.
We choose our connectivity partners carefully and can guarantee that we will always have enough bandwidth available to service all our customers running at their full capacity.
And unlike some providers our bandwidth quotas are exactly what they say they are; we don't divide your quota between upstream and downstream traffic and we don't enforce sneaky policies that restrict legitimate traffic.
Because life can't always be planned 12 months in advance all Midphase servers have no contract lock-ins and no ties. Instead, our servers are available monthly, quarterly or annually; simply choose the payment term that suits you best.
Providing certainty in uncertain times, we will not increase the price you pay during the term of your contract, even if our price to new customers changes.
We always keep ample stock of replacement parts on site, and should any component fail on your server, our engineers will promptly replace it with an equal or better performance part, free of course.
* Should we fail to meet our SLA any compensation will be limited to the total monthly fees paid. Midphase will refund no more than your monthly service fee.
